At Real Superstores, we aim to prepare and dispatch orders quickly so your groceries reach you fresh and on time. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

1. How to Cancel an Order

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be amended online. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or message and provide the following details:

• Full name
• Order reference (if available)
• Contact number
• Delivery address

Our team will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

2. Cancellation Charges

• Same-day cancellation (on delivery day):
  A £2 cancellation fee will apply, as your order may already be packed or dispatched.
• Cancellation before delivery day:
  No charges apply — you will receive a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Important Note

Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our Returns Policy will apply.
