At Real Superstores, your satisfaction matters to us. We work hard to deliver fresh, quality products at affordable prices. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
1. Return Eligibility
- Non-perishable grocery items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with labels intact and proof of purchase
- Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
- Please contact us via WhatsApp or message before returning any item
Please note: Returns may be restricted depending on product type, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
2. Items We Cannot Accept
For hygiene and freshness reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- ❌ Fresh fruits & vegetables
- ❌ Frozen items / ice creams
- ❌ Ready-to-cook batters
- ❌ Juices
- ❌ Personal care or hygiene products
3. Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is damaged or faulty
- We recommend using a tracked service for your protection
4. Refunds, Store Credit & Replacements
Once returned items are received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
You may alternatively choose:

- ✅ Replacement item
5. Damaged or Faulty Orders
- Contact us immediately
- Provide clear photos of the issue
After verification, we will arrange:
- ✔ Replacement
- ✔ Full refund
- ✔ Store credit
If damage is confirmed, return costs (if applicable) will be covered by Real Superstores.
